With offices in Toronto
and New Jersey, we serve clients in all
regions of the world. We work in a high-leverage
fashion, and are capable of working with
small teams or with groups of several hundred
at a time. Our ability to connect and communicate
with all levels of organizations, from the
boardroom to the factory floor, makes us
uniquely qualified to support a broad spectrum
of companies and situations. Our two principals,
Josh Leibner and Gershon Mader, have worked
directly with thousands of people over the
last 15 years. In addition, we have numerous
specialists who are chosen based on the
scope, industry or other unique requirements
of a specific engagement. All are highly
qualified, none with less than 10 years
field experience.
Josh Leibner
Mr. Leibner has more
than 15 years experience in organizational
consulting within Fortune 500 and international
equivalent corporations. He has designed
and delivered large projects involving direct
interaction with more than 25,000 employees
at all levels, from the boardroom to the
shop floor, in the United States and throughout
most regions of the world. Mr. Leibner has
extensive experience in the areas of strategy
development, leadership development, cultural
values design and integration, and large-scale
cultural change programs across a wide variety
of industries. His experience includes work
within the forest products, banking, telecommunications,
entertainment, insurance, rubber chemicals,
automotive, food and beverage, semiconductor
manufacturing, and biotechnology sectors.
Mr. Leibner lives in New Jersey.

Gershon Mader
In addition to working
with more than 30,000 people around the
world on improving productivity and communication,
Mr. Mader has managed an international training
and consulting firm based in Israel where
he worked closely with entrepreneurs and
small businesses. He has extensive experience
and expertise in strategy design as well
as in coaching and motivating executives,
managers and employees to achieve dramatic
improvements in productivity and performance.
His experience includes designing and delivering
large change projects in Europe, Asia, South
America, Mexico, the Middle East, Canada
and the USA, working at all levels of Fortune
500 and equivalent international organizations
as well as with union executives and employees.
He lives in Toronto with his wife and three
children.
