about Us Quote

Since 1998, Quantum Performance has helped senior executives at Fortune 2000 organizations generate the powerful internal alignment and commitment they need at all levels - from the leadership team to the frontline worker - to execute a critical strategy. By gaining such commitment, these organizations not only have executed their plans; they often have significantly exceeded their performance goals. (See several examples here.)

A company or business function whose employees from top to bottom are squarely behind a good strategy is an unbeatable force, a condition that we refer to as "strategic commitment." But while executives want it, it's very difficult for them to gain it. That's because traditional ways of gaining strategic commitment - by creating a viable strategy and communicating it clearly and continually throughout the organization - are not nearly enough. We refer to these as the "content" issues of the strategy.

Most of all, strategic commitment requires senior executives to resolve the "context" issues. Context issues are employee perceptions about their leaders, of which four are critical: leaders' sincerity and honesty, courage to raise and address tough issues and make difficult decisions, competence in executing the strategy, and care and concern for those affected by it. You can learn more about these content and context issues in the challenge section.

We help CEOs and senior executives to address and resolve the content and context issues that prevent employees from getting behind management's plans with their hearts and souls.
