Once the entire organization
has begun to rally around the new Vision,
the focus is on driving initiatives and
activities that deliver on the Promises,
while building a culture of authentic ownership,
commitment and accountability. In this step,
through individual and team coaching sessions,
our role is to ensure that:
1. The leadership team is effective at leading
from the Vision and driving the fulfillment
of the Promises, individually and collectively.
This includes ensuring they are effective
at inspiring and coaching their managers
to do the same;
2. The functional and cross-functional initiatives
are meeting their milestones and deliverables
- including overcoming setbacks and obstacles
- without getting sidetracked or losing
momentum or energy;
3. Context issues are addressed vigilantly,
which continues to expand the cohesion,
trust, partnership and communication within
and across functions;
4. Ownership and accountability for the
plan continue to expand throughout the organization.
