  Josh Leibner and Gershon Mader conducted a workshop at this conference, which was held in late April in Banff, Alberta in Canada. Their presentation was titled “Shifting the CFO Organization from a Staff to a Business Mindset.”

• Treasury Management Association of New York.
  Josh Leibner and Gershon Mader presented with their client from Capital One, Tom Feil (senior vice president and assistant treasurer of capital markets), at this association’s “New York Cash Exchange 2006” conference in New York City on June 2. Their presentation, “Mindset Shift for the Treasury Organization,” explored how Capital One’s treasury leaders secured the commitment of their employees and made a major improvement in the function’s performance.
