Leadership Team Development

Members of the senior leadership team must hold themselves accountable for leading from the front and leading by example, thereby being powerful role models. It doesn’t matter what people read and hear, because they will watch how the CEO and top team are behaving and will take their cues from them. Doubts about individual or collective sincerity, courage, competence or concern for the workforce will undermine people’s commitment.

There are 10 qualities and competencies leaders must individually and collectively internalize and demonstrate to meet this challenge.

We work closely with leadership teams to train and develop them to be role models for their organizations. We give them blunt, honest feedback to help them create a leadership team environment of being “in this together, with and for each other.”

We create team health metrics, using team self-assessments as well as direct report feedback to monitor progress.
